We have an opportunity for a talented Technical Writer to take ownership of the documentation for some of our Deswik software modules.

We have an opportunity for a talented Technical Writer to take ownership of the documentation for some of our Deswik software modules.
Technical Writer
- Use MadCap Flare to create user documentation, release notes, knowledgebase articles, FAQs, and training material for both internal and external customers
- Prepare, copyedit, and proofread a range of documentation
- Help publish user documentation and training material in a range of formats
- Develop and maintain internal process documentation
- Help Deswik achieve our goal of rapid, reliable and frequent delivery of excellent software

- Experience developing user assistance and training material
- Strong understanding of the processes and technologies required to deliver high-quality user assistance in an agile environment
- Experience documenting complex software
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
