How it works.
Our program is built a little differently than your standard graduate program â we get that it takes time to settle in, so we donât require you to rotate around multiple teams or projects (unless youâd like to!).
Youâll have a permanent position with us from Day One â youâll be welcomed into a team responsible for the delivery of real, commercial software products ranging from scheduling and optimization, 3D modeling software, complex UX/UI workflows, and specialist services for operations, with a pathway to be promoted to a mid-level role.
