Humour permeates everything we do at Deswik, even when things get difficult. It's easier to do difficult things when there is someone next to you making you laugh as you do it.

quote

Life at Deswik is casual, but serious. The refreshing thing about Deswik is the flat management structure and the open, honest communication, with peer support a mere keystroke (or call) away. I'm pretty sure we've copied the Sydney Swans recruitment philosophy 'no dickheads policy'.
