Why are we hiring?

We’re growing one product team, and we’ve had an internal promotion in another.  

What You’ll Do:

• Plan how to deliver manual test cases for a software product in the context of release cycles and development project timelines
• Perform various types of tests, including functional, performance, stress, compatibility, security, and usability tests
• Prioritise, complete, and report the results of manual tests
• Collaborate with a team of hard-working, friendly engineers and a test team who care about what they do
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and processes - planning meetings, stand-ups, showcases, retrospectives

About you:

• An experienced software tester who understands how and when to apply various testing methodologies and techniques
• The capability to bring an end user’s perspective to testing by developing an expert knowledge of the product functionality
• Experience with complex engineering documentation, technical data sets, and workflow management products (e.g. Jira, DevOps)
• Tertiary qualifications in a technical discipline (an advantage, but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bonus points for experience in a product-based environment with a customer-centric culture.
