We are looking for an experienced Deswik software user with site-based Mining Engineering experience in Open Pit Metals. You will have experience in creating and running mine plans (design and scheduling), optimisation strategies, and general mining projects.
  
What You’ll Do:

• Support new and existing customers with using Deswik software for open pit solutions.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Assist with continuous software improvements.
• Support customers with optimisation, mine design, scheduling, feasibility studies, and closure planning.
• Work alongside experienced and motivated engineers and software professionals.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or equivalent.
• Significant site-based experience as an open pit mining engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in mine planning and optimisation.
• An experienced Deswik user with the ability to create and run schedules and develop mine designs using the software. 
• An aptitude for developing and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communications skills in English (essential) and Bahasa (advantageous), both written and verbal
• A passion for innovation and a desire to grow and learn.
• Nickel Laterite and/or Open Cut Coal experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites domestically and internationally.
