What You’ll Do:

• Use MadCap Flare to create user documentation, release notes, knowledgebase articles, FAQs, and training material for both internal and external customers
• Prepare, copyedit, and proofread a range of documentation
• Help publish user documentation and training material in a range of formats
• Develop and maintain internal process documentation

About you:

• Demonstrated experience developing user assistance and training material
• Strong understanding of the processes and technologies required to deliver high-quality user assistance in an agile environment
• Experience documenting complex software
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong time management skills
